Thaw under refrigeration.
Remove from the refrigerator and allow the meat to rest until it reaches room temperature.
Turn on the barbecue, grill, griddle or skillet until very hot.
Place the meat on the hot surface. Cook on the grill for approximately 6 minutes on each side. The recommended term is slightly over done.
Remove from the grill and serve. Serve with whatever you like.
Keep frozen at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze and consume within 48 hours. Cook before consumption.
