Thaw in refrigeration.
Remove from refrigerator and allow meat to rest until it comes to room temperature.
Heat barbecue, grill, griddle or skillet until very hot.
Place meat on hot surface. Cook on the grill for approximately 6 minutes on each side.
Remove from the grill and serve. Serve with whatever you like.
Keep frozen at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze and consume within 48 hours. Cook before consumption.
