Thaw under refrigeration. Remove from refrigerator and allow meat to rest until it reaches room temperature. Heat barbecue, grill, griddle or frying pan until very hot. Remove meat from packaging. Place the meat on the hot surface. Cook on the grill for approximately 2 minutes on each side. Remove from grill and serve. Serve with whatever you like.
Keep frozen at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze and consume within 48 hours. Cook before consumption.
