  • 800 g flank steak\u00ae<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • 4 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n
  • 2 cups bean sprouts<\/li>\n
  • 4 spring onions, chopped including tails<\/li>\n
  • 1 pound broccoli chopped into florets<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 cup lemon juice<\/li>\n
  • Lemon zest<\/li>\n
  • 1\/4 cup soy sauce<\/li>\n
  • 3 tbsp sherry<\/li>\n
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    1. In 4 tablespoons of oil, fry the Flank steak\u00ae<\/span><\/strong> and remove. In the remaining oil, saut\u00e9 the sprouts, onions and broccoli.<\/li>\n
    2. Mix lemon juice with zest, soy, sherry and ginger; add to the vegetables, as well as the flank steak\u00ae<\/span><\/strong>, let boil for two minutes and serve hot.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
