✅ Remove from the refrigerator and allow the meat to rest until it reaches room temperature.
✅ Turn on the barbecue, grill, griddle or frying pan until very hot.
✅ Remove the meat from the packaging.
Brush the meat with oil and place it on the hot surface.
✅ Cook on the grill for 6 minutes on each side.
✅ Remove from the grill and serve. Cut in the opposite direction to the natural strand.
