Remove from the refrigerator and allow the meat to rest until it reaches room temperature.
Turn on the barbecue, grill, griddle or frying pan until very hot.
Remove the meat from the container. Place the meat on the hot surface.
Grill for approximately 6 minutes on each side. The recommended term is slightly over done.
Remove from the grill and serve. Serve with whatever you like.
