Ingredients
- 800 g flank steak®
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 4 spring onions, chopped including tails
- 1 pound broccoli chopped into florets
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- Lemon zest
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sherry
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
Preparation
- In 4 tablespoons of oil, fry the Flank steak® and remove. In the remaining oil, sauté the sprouts, onions and broccoli.
- Mix lemon juice with zest, soy, sherry and ginger; add to the vegetables, as well as the flank steak®, let boil for two minutes and serve hot.
