Sautéed flank steak® with lemon sauce

Ingredients

  • 800 g flank steak®
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups bean sprouts
  • 4 spring onions, chopped including tails
  • 1 pound broccoli chopped into florets
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • Lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sherry
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger

Preparation

  1. In 4 tablespoons of oil, fry the Flank steak® and remove. In the remaining oil, sauté the sprouts, onions and broccoli.
  2. Mix lemon juice with zest, soy, sherry and ginger; add to the vegetables, as well as the flank steak®, let boil for two minutes and serve hot.
