Ingredients
- 600 g Flank steak®
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 lemon, zest
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 bag (300g) mixed lettuce leaves
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
Preparation
- Heat two tablespoons of oil and fry the flank steak® on both sides until you get the desired finish, cut into strips.
- Mix the coconut milk with the soy sauce, lemon juice and zest, add the garlic, ginger and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, mix well and let stand.
- Arrange the lettuce on individual plates, add the onion, tomatoes and flank steak®, drizzle with the dressing. Serve cold.
