Thai Style Flank Steak® Salad

Ingredients

  • 600 g Flank steak®
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, zest
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 bag (300g) mixed lettuce leaves
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced

Preparation

  1. Heat two tablespoons of oil and fry the flank steak® on both sides until you get the desired finish, cut into strips.
  2. Mix the coconut milk with the soy sauce, lemon juice and zest, add the garlic, ginger and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, mix well and let stand.
  3. Arrange the lettuce on individual plates, add the onion, tomatoes and flank steak®, drizzle with the dressing. Serve cold.
