Flank steak® with pesto noodles

Ingredients

  • 600 g Flank steak®
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 pecan nuts
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 kg of noodles

Preparation

  1. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil and fry the flank steak®, on both sides, cut into cubes.
  2. Blend the oil with the garlic, walnuts, basil, cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the pasta al dente, drain and return to the pot, add the sauce that blended, mix. Finally, add the flank steak® and serve immediately.
