Ingredients
- 600 g Flank steak®
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 pecan nuts
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 kg of noodles
Preparation
- Heat two tablespoons of olive oil and fry the flank steak®, on both sides, cut into cubes.
- Blend the oil with the garlic, walnuts, basil, cheese, salt and pepper.
- Cook the pasta al dente, drain and return to the pot, add the sauce that blended, mix. Finally, add the flank steak® and serve immediately.
