Arrachera® pizza

Delight yourself with this arrachera pizza with arugula and basil. The arrachera is seared and cut into strips, then placed on a pizza base with sauce, mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes. After baking, arugula, basil, and a touch of peperoncino are added. Ideal for a meal with fresh and spicy flavors.

    • Refrigerated vacuum grilled veal 1 kg

    Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • ½ kg Arrachera®
    • 1 pizza crust
    • ½ cup pizza sauce
    • 200 g shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 6 halved cherry tomatoes
    • ½ cup arugula
    • 2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
    • ½ cup basil leaves
    • Peperoncino to taste

    Preparation

    • Preheat oven to 200º C.
    • Heat the oil and sear the Arrachera® on both sides, cut into strips and set aside.
    • Place the pizza base on a baking sheet, spread with the sauce and cover with the cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until the dough is crispy, decorate with the tomato, arugula, basil and Arrachera®. Sprinkle with the pepperonino and serve.
