Arrachera® fajitas with cheese au gratin

Enjoy delicious fajitas with Arrachera Beef Fajita Strips, marinated beef strips combined with peppers and covered with golden and creamy grilled cheese. A perfect dish to delight the palate and share.

    • Vacuum packed beef fajita strips

    Ingredients

    • 4 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 kg Arrachera®
    • 1 green bell pepper, cut into sticks
    • 1 red bell pepper, cut into sticks
    • 1 red onion, cut into sticks
    • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Worcestershire sauce
    • Salt and pepper for seasoning
    • 250 g of any melting cheese, grated
    • Corn tortillas

    Preparation

    • Heat the oil and fry the Arrachera® on both sides until desired doneness, cut into strips and set aside.
    • In the same pan fry the peppers and onion, season with Worcestershire Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add the Arrachera® and cover with the cheese, leave to gratinate.
    • Serve with corn tortillas and garnish with salsa.
