Arrachera® corn toast with balsamic

Enjoy corn tostaditas with arrachera and balsamic onion. The arrachera is seasoned and cooked, then placed on tostadas with guacamole, tomato, and romaine lettuce. Finally, a topping of sautéed onion with balsamic vinegar is added, which complements with its acidic touch. Perfect for sharing and savoring.

    • Vacuum grilled veal frozen 1 kg

    Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 800 g Arrachera®
    • 8 corn tostadas
    • 2 avocados (for guacamole)
    • Salt and ground black pepper
    • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
    • 2 slices of tomato
    • 1 romaine lettuce

    Preparation

    • Heat the oil and fry the Arrachera® on both sides until desired doneness. Cut into cubes and set aside.
    • Spread the toasts with the avocado puree, place 1 slice of tomato on each one, season with salt, pepper, vinegar and Tabasco sauce, arrange the Arrachera® and serve on lettuce leaves.
