Arrachera® and avocado skewers

Delight yourself with some Arrachera and avocado skewers. Arrachera is fried in olive oil and cut into cubes, threaded on skewers with grilled mushrooms, fresh cilantro, and creamy avocado. A simple and tasty recipe, perfect to serve with green olives and enjoy with fresh salsa.

    Product

    • Refrigerated vacuum grilled veal 1 kg

    Ingredients

    • ½ Kg. of Arrachera®
    • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
    • Butter
    • 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
    • 7 sliced and roasted mushrooms
    • 1 avocado

    Preparation

    • Heat the oil and fry the Arrachera® on both sides until desired doneness. Cut into cubes.
    • Spread a little butter on each slice of bread, place a mushroom, a little cilantro, a cube of Arrachera® and finish with the avocado. Fix with a toothpick. Season with salt and pepper. Place on a rectangular platter.
    • Serve with green olives.
