Arrachera® with Tapenade

    • Vacuum grilled veal frozen 1 kg

    Ingredients

    • ½ Kg. of Arrachera®
    • ½ cup of chopped black olives
    • 2 tablespoons of chopped capers
    • 2 cloves of minced garlic
    • Olive oil
    • 2 anchovy fillets chopped
    • 2 cups of wild rice

    Preparation

    • Mix the olives with capers, garlic, oil and anchovies in a mortar. Remove after reaching a lumpy consistency.
    • In two tablespoons of olive oil fry the Arrachera® on both sides until desired doneness.
    • Serve with tapenade sauce and wild rice.
