Arrachera® in cheese sauce

    • Refrigerated vacuum grilled veal 1 kg

    Ingredients

    • 800 g of Arrachera®
    • Olive oil
    • 1 cup of milk
    • 150 g of cream cheese
    • Salt and black pepper to taste
    • 1 tablespoon of dill
    • 2 tablespoons of butter
    • 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese

    Preparation

    • Blend the milk with the cheeses, dill, salt and pepper.
    • Heat two teaspoons of butter and fry the Arrachera® on both sides, add the sauce and serve with steamed vegetables.
