Grilled Arrachera®

Prepare this grilled arrachera: allow the meat to reach room temperature, then grill it over hot coals for 3-4 minutes on each side, until desired doneness is achieved. Let it rest covered in aluminum foil to keep the juices. Serve with grilled vegetables for a complete and delicious meal.

    • Refrigerated vacuum grilled veal 1 kg

    Ingredients

    • 600 g Arrachera®
    • Olive oil

    Preparation

    • Remove the Arrachera® from the packaging. There is no need to add anything, as our Arrachera® comes pre-marinated and seasoned with the perfect touch.
    • Leave it out of the refrigerator for a few minutes before starting to cook to ensure it is at room temperature.
    • Light the charcoal grill for 30 to 40 minutes before starting to cook. Uses approx. 30 pieces of charcoal in a pyramidal arrangement to maximize ventilation.
    • Once the coals on the grill are a uniform white color, arrange them all on one side of the grill so that you have a hot zone and a cold zone.
    • Grease your grill with oil to prevent the meat from sticking to the grill. You can also lightly glaze the meat.
    • Grill each side of the Arrachera® for approximately 3 to 4 minutes, or until desired doneness is achieved.
    • Once cooked, cover the Arrachera® with aluminum foil and let it rest for about 5 minutes. This will allow the meat juices to redistribute and prevent it from losing juices when sliced.
    • Serve with grilled vegetables.
