Arrachera® with pesto noodles

Enjoy these tagliatelle with arrachera and basil and walnut pesto. The arrachera is cut into cubes after frying, while the sauce is prepared with fresh basil, walnuts, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. The tagliatelle is mixed with the pesto and served with the arrachera. An aromatic and flavorful dish, perfect for any occasion.

    • Refrigerated vacuum grilled veal 1 kg

    Ingredients

    • 600 g of Arrachera®
    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • ½ pecan nuts
    • 1 cup fresh basil
    • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    • Salt and black pepper to taste
    • ½ kg noodles

    Preparation

    • Heat two tablespoons of olive oil and fry the Arrachera® on both sides, cut into cubes.
    • Blend the oil with the garlic, walnuts, basil, cheese, salt and pepper.
    • Cook the pasta al dente, drain and return to the pot, add the blended sauce, mix. Finally, add the Arrachera® and serve immediately.
