Arrachera® rolls stuffed with mixed vegetables

Enjoy these arrachera rolls stuffed with fresh vegetables. The arrachera is sliced, stuffed with carrot, zucchini, and bell pepper, rolled, and fried in butter until golden brown. They are served with a creamy red bell pepper and cream sauce, accompanied by mashed potatoes. A simple and delicious dish, ideal for a complete and tasty meal.

    • Refrigerated vacuum grilled veal 1 kg

    Ingredients

    • 800 g of Arrachera®
    • 2 cooked carrots peeled and cut into sticks
    • 2 zucchini cut into sticks
    • 1 red bell pepper cut into sticks
    • 2 tablespoons of butter
    • 1 cup of cooking cream
    • 1 can (340 g) sweet roasted peppers
    • Salt and black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    • Cut the Arrachera® into thinner slices and place the vegetables at one end of the escalope, season with salt and pepper, roll up and secure with a toothpick.
    • Heat the butter and fry the rolls on both sides.
    • Separately, blend the cream with the bell bell pepper, salt and pepper.
    • Serve on the rolls and serve with mashed potatoes.
