Sautéed Arrachera® with lemon sauce

Try this arrachera with sautéed vegetables and a citrusy touch of lemon. The arrachera is fried to taste and accompanied by bean sprouts, broccoli, and sautéed scallions. A mixture of lemon, soy sauce, sherry, and ginger is incorporated, all lightly boiled to allow the flavors to integrate. A dish full of freshness and intense aromas.

    Product

    • Refrigerated vacuum grilled veal 1 kg

    Ingredients

    • 800 g of Arrachera®
    • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
    • 2 cups of bean sprouts
    • 4 scallions, chopped including tail
    • 1 kg pounds of broccoli chopped into florets
    • ½ cup of lemon juice
    • Lemon zest
    • ¼ cup of soy sauce
    • 3 tablespoons of sherry
    • 2 tablespoons of grated ginger

    Preparation

    • Fry the Arrachera® in 4 tablespoons of oil and remove. In the remaining oil sauté the sprouts, onions and broccoli.
    • Mix the lemon juice with the zest, soy, sherry and ginger; add to the vegetables, as well as the Arrachera®, boil for two minutes and serve hot.
